"Call Recorder” - PRIVACY POLICY

 

This Privacy Policy shall apply to the application “Call Recorder”, published in the Apple App Store by “Total Tone Up Limited”.

 

Regarding the Services: "Total Tone Up Limited" (“Total Tone Up Limited", "we", "us" or "our") is the Data Controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

 

This privacy policy shall provide insight as to how we collect, process and use personal data in connection with the Services.

1.1 In general, you can use the Services without providing personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, financial information (all such information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual data subject together "Personal Data"). Therefore, if you do not provide us directly with Personal Data in another way or actively consent to the use of it by us, we, in general, do not use your data, with the exception of the following:

 

1.2 The app will required you to enter your mobile number in order to use the call recorder feature. This feature is required for the recordered calls to be linked with your specific app. We will never use your phone number for any other purpose.

 

1.3 Regarding the App: certain data is transmitted by your mobile device: namely your IP address, the periods of time in which you use the App and the type of device you use (e.g. iPhone, IPad), as well as events within the application recorded with Firebase in order to give us the possibility to continuously improve the App.

 

1.4 Only in cases in which you have given us prior consent we also use your Personal Data for other purposes but only to the extent needed in each specific case.

 

1.5 We may disclose Personal Data to third parties where such disclosure is required by law (for example, upon request of a court or of law enforcement authorities).

 

1.6 We will never use, listen to or share your call recordings.

– Total Tone Up Limited uses Firebase in order to carry out analysis on information which is gathered by our apps. Device information and other information which we gather are provided to Google in order to enable them to carry out data analysis.
